Topics Covered: - Competition Rules - Scoring - Equipment Considerations - Students will be exposed to competition courses of fire and performance will be evaluated -Individualized Feedback -Application of fundamentals of marksmanship at speed -Movement, Target, Transitions -Sight Confirmation Levels -Stage Planning This is a dynamic, fast paced course which requires the student to be confident with safe manipulation of a firearm. This includes safely drawing, re-holstering, moving with a loaded firearm, reloading. Any student who displays unsafe firearm handling may be removed from the course. Eye and ear protection Serviceable modern firearm At least three magazines IWB or OWB holster (kydex or other similar material only) Ability to hold at least two spare magazines on person 500 rounds of serviceable ammunition basic maintenance tools for your firearm spare firearm if you have one note taking material (you are welcome to use your phone) wet/cold weather gear if applicable snacks/hydration Note: Our range facility does not have restroom facilities on site.
